SOUS CHEF NEVRA'S

Secrets of Sourdough Breadmaking

Learn the secrets of gluten free bread making with Sous Chef Nevra. Over three hours you'll learn about flours, proofing and our secret additives to make delicious artisan loaves.

Watch a sourdough bread making demonstration and then get your hands dirty making your own Brazilian cheese breads. While the loaves are cooking, you’ll enjoy a glass of wine, artisan salamis and your very own cheese breads.

You’ll also take home a mini-loaf to enjoy, our 16-year-old gluten-free sourdough starter, a pack of our signature gluten-free bread mix, our secret bread recipe, and instructions on how to care for your starter, so you can continue to make your own delicious breads at home.

Don't miss out on this delicious opportunity to explore all you ever wanted to know about sourdough breadmaking. The event will be held at Life's Too Short Bar located in Tribeca Arcade, Victoria Parade, East Melbourne VIC, Australia.

Disclaimer: We use a 16-year-old sourdough starter converted to gluten-free in January 2022. Untested part-per-million are likely negligible, and many coeliacs have enjoyed our gluten-free sourdoughs without repercussion, but we do need to advise that trace elements of gluten may be present and, as such, you need to determine whether this class is right for you.
